We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece; if your HUHA™ items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all intimate apparel must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original sustainable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
